Do I have Manboob Gynecomastia?

The gynecomastia pinch test is a simple, self-administered method for determining if the tissue behind the nipple is consistent with gynecomastia (enlarged male breast
tissue) or pseudo-gynecomastia (fat deposits caused by weight gain).
To begin the test, lightly pinch the area around the nipple with your thumb and forefinger. If you feel a firm, rubbery disc of tissue right beneath the nipple, it could be true gynecomastia, which is frequently caused by hormonal imbalances such as low testosterone or high estrogen. Pseudogynecomastia, on the other hand, is characterized by soft, scattered fatty tissue without a solid lump.
This test, when paired with an assessment of additional symptoms such as nipple discomfort, chest swelling, or puffy nipples, can provide useful information regarding the condition and whether further medical attention is required.
