Meet Dr. Vitali Azouz

Dr. Vitali Azouz, a plastic and reconstructive surgeon,  grew up within a few miles of his practice in Dallas, Texas. He takes an individualized approach to his patients by addressing their functional and cosmetic concerns and helping them achieve their goals. Dr. Azouz believes in achieving natural looking results and focusing on the best quality patient-centered care.

Dr. Vitali Azouz graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with top honors. He received his degree of Doctor of Medicine at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio. He trained in General Surgery at Summa Health in Akron, Ohio and completed his Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery training at the esteemed Cleveland Clinic in Weston, Florida.

Dr. Azouz has published and presented on numerous topics including gynecomastia surgery, breast surgery, breast explant, liposuction, abdominoplasty, rhinoplasty, blepharoplasty and facelift surgery. He also serves as a reviewer for the Journal of Plastic, Reconstructive & Aesthetic surgery. Dr. Azouz continues to keep up with most current literature and techniques and routinely attends national and regional plastic surgery meetings.

While in plastic surgery training at Cleveland Clinic Florida, Dr. Azouz was privileged to train with many of the top rhinoplasty surgeons and mastered techniques of open rhinoplasty, closed rhinoplasty, preservation rhinoplasty, structural rhinoplasty, and functional rhinoplasty.

Dr. Vitali Azouz has done extensive research in breast implant removal surgery including studies on breast implant position, capsular contracture, silicone breast implants, and fat grafting of the breast. Dr. Azouz has also published research on laser assisted plastic surgery. Also fully trained in general surgery, Dr. Azouz combines this knowledge along with his plastic and reconstructive surgery knowledge to enhance his practice in hernia repair and breast reconstruction.

Dr. Azouz has particular interests in male plastic surgery and commonly performs cutting edge minimally invasive techniques for men of all ages. Dr. Azouz performs a variety of advanced liposuction techniques for men including high definition body sculpting.

Dr. Vitali Azouz cares for patients throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area and beyond.

Dr. Azouz enjoys spending time with wife, children and triplet brothers. He is honored to join Azouz Plastic and Cosmetic Surgery and work with his father and older brother.
