Does facelift taping actually work?
Taping the skin of the face does not offer any permanent improvement of loose skin.

What is facelift taping and has it replaced facelift surgery?

What is a thread lift?
A thread facelift is when threads are placed underneath the skin to pull the skin to the desired position. The threads are placed by a thin metal wire that is inserted into the skin through a small incision in the skin. The threads then gently lift and tighten the skin by pulling at it from different angles. The thread will be left in place for about two weeks or until they break. Threads like tape are a temporary solution to tighten the skin of the face and neck. When the threads break the skin will go back to its original position and will continue to be loose.

Have thread lifts replaced facelift surgery?
Thread lifts are considered temporary and therefore have not replaced facelift surgery which offers more permanent facial rejuvenation.
